Unfortunately, timings are extremely strict due to our trains running on the mainline. Like normal trains, even if the train is still in the platform, we have strict cut offs where the doors will be locked ready for departure. We will do our best to help you in these situations but cannot guarantee that there will be any seats available on the next train if you miss yours.

We want our services to be accessible to all and are happy to provide additional assistance where it is needed, and we are able to. However, we operate heritage rolling stock and in many cases are unable to accommodate passengers with serious disabilities or mobility problems. Due to the design of the carriages, we are unfortunately unable to carry wheelchairs. If the wheelchair user is able to climb a step, and walk a short distance we can assist in boarding. Wheelchairs will be transferred to the arrival station ready for when you get off.
